  • Tents are set up in our FanZone section of Lori Wilson. It's hot and there is not a ton of traffic but hey we'd love you to come out and hang out... we've got VIP's all over the place and the boats are fun to watch. Buy knowing we don't control weather or the crowds. Price is for 2 days.

  • Calling all Food Trucks!

    We’re thrilled to invite you to join our exciting three-day event and showcase your amazing cuisine to a vibrant crowd! We are reworking our VIP Hospitality and Fan Zone into a culinary event, with a Food Hall featuring top local food vendors serving up a tasty variety of multicultural cuisine.

    Here’s the plan:
    Friday Night Street Party: Set up your truck at our lively street party for free. It’s the perfect kickoff to the weekend and a great chance to draw in hungry locals!

    Saturday & Sunday Food Hall on the Beach: We’ll feature you at our 'food hall style' Waves, Bites & Boats Beach Party. You’ll supply 3-4 signature sides & dishes and have one of your team members run a dedicated table. We’re excited to collaborate with you on crafting a menu that’s both delicious and unique. Plus, you’ll be paid a set amount for each dish served, ensuring a steady revenue stream. We plan on serving about 500 guests a day.

    Additional Perks: You’re also welcome to set up in the Lori Wilson parking lot for the entire weekend at no extra cost, giving you even more exposure.

    Easy Commitment: A $500 refundable deposit is required to secure your spot, which will be returned on the Monday following the event.

    This is a fantastic opportunity to expand your customer base, boost your brand visibility, and be part of a memorable community event—all with minimal risk and great rewards.
    If you feel you might be a good fit please select this option and we will be in touch. We are only accepting 4 vendors and need to make sure we don’t have overlapping dishes.

    If selected we will send an invoice for the $500 refundable deposit.
